The LS901 Lab Scale Electrospinning Unit is designed specifically for researchers and scientists whose work involved nanofibers and nanowires. The unit consists of robust painted metal frame, a high voltage power supply, a syringe pump, a rotary collector and a microcontroller system. All experimental parameters such as injection rate of polymer solution, working distance, rotating speed of collector drum, scanning speed of spinneret and working temperature are controlled through a touch-screen interface.

The LS901 Model has a modular design (changeable high voltage power supply and collector type) that provides flexibility for wider applications. The unit comes with safety features for safe operation and an easy general maintenance procedure.
