The electrospinning unit parameters such as spinneret and collector rotation speeds, working distance, substrate media winding speed, working temperature, applied high voltage, and operation time are easily controlled using a touchscreen HMI interface to produce desired nanofibers.
EPL-6100 consists SIX production modules, producing nanofibers at approximate 168g/hour. Nanofiber sizes can range from 50-500 nm depending on application requirement.
Formulations to form nanofibers used in face mask and air filter production are included in EPL-6100.
